2026-08-06 - Staged AdSense submission and production controls
Separated public publication, initial AdSense submission, post-approval Google CMP testing, and final monetization into explicit audit stages. Initial submission now uses the account meta and ads.txt with zero AdSense account tags. The later CMP stage requires a published Google message and confirmation that account-side Auto ads remain off; final monetization separately requires consent-path and placement review.
Added explicit verification flags for operator identity, domain mail, hosting, privacy, consent, and placement review. Reviewed trust copy can be inspected while the global index gate remains closed. Fixtures and evidence are now crawlable for public-page rendering while retaining meta and response-header noindex controls. JSON-LD output escapes script-closing input, and production auditing now checks the complete Sitemap page set, mail exchange, account-tag stage, and crawlable evidence controls.
Added an Nginx deployment package for canonical redirects, a two-name TLS certificate, real 404 handling, security headers, response caching, private-resource noindex headers, atomic releases, rollback, and a 30-day logrotate template. These files remain server templates until their paths, certificate, users, logs, Nginx version, and deployment workflow are verified on the live host.
2026-08-06 - Protected production-domain deployment
Registered and deployed uidapt.com with the publication gate still closed. The root HTTPS page, HTTP redirect, real 404 response, root ads.txt record, AdSense account metadata, Privacy route, and core security headers are publicly reachable. All pages remain noindex, no Sitemap is published, and no advertising scripts load.
The first public audit found a certificate for nookplan.com on the www HTTPS alias, a localhost canonical in the deployed artifact, no domain mail service or verified contact mailbox, and an exposed nginx/1.14.1 server version. The local production origin and canonical are corrected in a new protected build, but formal release remains blocked until that artifact and the remaining server and operator requirements are verified in production.
2026-08-05 - AdSense production controls and deeper case guidance
Separated public release from advertising activation. A complete production build now publishes a fixed 32-page content allowlist while keeping 30 raw fixtures, the error page, and the draft author record noindex. The account publisher ID generates the root ads.txt record, and the AdSense loader is restricted to the home page, four substantive mechanism guides, and 15 verified cases. Directory, tool, policy, fixture, evidence, author-draft, and error pages never load it.
Production About, Contact, Privacy, footer, and article structured data now use validated operator, mailbox, hosting, retention, consent, and privacy metadata. Eleven shorter cases gained mechanism-specific diagnosis, content-extreme, keyboard, accessibility, and ownership guidance. A non-deployed complete-configuration rehearsal passed the 32-page Sitemap and 20-page ad allowlists; the default build was then restored to 64 of 64 pages noindex with zero advertising scripts.
2026-08-05 - Four mechanism diagnostic guides
Expanded all four category routes from short case lists into substantive diagnostic guides. Each guide now separates visually similar failure mechanisms, routes measured signals to verified cases, documents a five-step inspection workflow, identifies common misfixes, and provides a six-item release checklist.
The pages aggregate the primary references already reviewed for their cases and use project-owned evidence screenshots. Their Swiss editorial presentation uses a strict twelve-column grid, calm slate surfaces, accessible blue actions, breadcrumbs, guide numbering, summary metrics, and an active sticky contents rail. A new Lucide icon language assigns restrained blue, teal, amber, coral, and indigo treatments to different information roles without relying on color alone. Each guide now adds three mechanism-specific measurement references and three field notes, bringing the in-page structure to nine deep-linkable sections. Tablet and mobile layouts replace the rail with a stable section grid rather than introducing page-level horizontal scrolling. Automated checks cover the palette contract, content depth, distinct icon treatments, case mappings, source links, active navigation, reduced motion, touch targets, and 320px page width; the end-to-end baseline is now 58 of 58.
2026-08-04 - Searchable case directory layout
Reworked the home page into a compact editorial directory with a two-row header, full-site case search, mechanism navigation, a featured workspace, latest verified cases, visual entry routes, the complete searchable case set, and direct tool access. The information hierarchy was informed by a public reference site, while all brand elements, copy, case data, interface code, and imagery remain project-authored.
Added a reproducible 688 by 393 workspace preview built from the real RL-001 failing and fixed fixture. Responsive review now covers 1440, 768, 390, 375, and 320 pixel viewports, including computed-style assertions for the header and horizontal-overflow checks. The final end-to-end baseline is 52 of 52 checks.
2026-08-04 - Contact and corrections workflow
Added dedicated Contact and Corrections routes without inventing an operator or mailbox. The contact page defines report scope, reproduction details, sensitive-data exclusions, and evidence review behavior. The corrections page records reproduction, temporary review status, content or fixture updates, new evidence runs, review dates, and changelog disclosure.
The closed build renders no mail link. A safe complete-configuration build verified that a validated, non-placeholder mailbox produces the expected mail link while both trust routes retain page-level noindex. The footer now exposes both routes, and responsive review covers desktop Contact and 320px Corrections layouts.
2026-08-04 - Publication safety gate
Added one shared release decision for page robots metadata, Sitemap generation, robots.txt references, and the release audit. The gate requires explicit human approval, a non-placeholder HTTPS origin, a real operator, a working contact mailbox, a verified host, a privacy effective date, and a reviewed production consent implementation.
An incomplete configuration keeps all 62 HTML pages noindex and generates no Sitemap. A temporary complete-configuration build verified that only the home page becomes indexable while the other 61 pages retain page-level noindex. The release audit also rejects disabled TLS verification and verifies the current 15-case, 450-screenshot, 272-assertion evidence set. The final closed-state regression passed 43 fixture checks and 46 end-to-end checks.
2026-08-04 - Brand and social preview assets
Replaced the empty data favicon with project-generated 64px and 180px PNG assets, and added a 1200 by 630 social preview that shows the actual failing/fixed viewport comparison. Added Open Graph, Twitter card, image dimensions, image alternative text, and homepage WebSite structured data without inventing an organization or public operator.
The assets are reproducible through the brand asset generator and contain no third-party photography, logos, or user data. Automated checks verify each public file, content type, intrinsic dimensions, social metadata, and JSON-LD parsing.
2026-08-04 - Local diagnostic tools
Implemented the planned Overflow Inspector and Viewport Reflow Tester routes. The Inspector classifies boundary-crossing elements inside a project fixture, distinguishes page-level risks from intentional local scrolling, and exposes a copyable browser-local script. The Reflow Tester loads all 15 verified failing/fixed fixtures at five controlled CSS widths.
Both tools remain local-only and noindex during production preparation. They do not scan external URLs, upload page content, or store diagnostic output. Automated checks cover classification, case and viewport switching, 320px reflow, touch target height, and internal route integrity.
2026-08-04 - Font substitution, delayed slots, and consent insertion
Completed the 15-case technical set with RL-013 through RL-015: deterministic system-font substitution, a delayed project-owned content slot with reserved space, and a non-persistent consent-notice fixture that verifies insertion geometry and keyboard focus restoration. The consent fixture is not a CMP and stores no choice or cookie.
Evidence manifests now use backward-compatible schema v5. The unified run produced 450 screenshots and passed 272 of 272 assertions across Chromium 149.0.7827.201, Firefox 153.0, and WebKit 26.5. RL-013 through RL-015 moved to verified after representative cross-browser screenshot review. All case pages remain noindex pending production identity, domain, privacy, consent, and deployment review.
2026-08-04 - Mobile viewport, bottom overlay, and layout stability
Added independent RL-010 through RL-012 fixtures for fixed bottom banners that obscure focused controls, a disclosed deterministic mobile viewport-unit geometry model, and delayed project-owned images with and without reserved dimensions. Evidence manifests now use backward-compatible schema v4 for bottom obstruction, visible-height clipping, geometric target movement, and optional Layout Instability API data.
The unified 12-case run produced 360 screenshots and passed 206 of 206 automated assertions across Chromium 149.0.7827.201, Firefox 153.0, and WebKit 26.5. Geometric movement is recorded in every browser; actual layout-shift entries are claimed only for Chromium. RL-010 through RL-012 moved to verified, while all case pages remain noindex until the complete 15-case launch review.
2026-08-04 - Embedded content, tables, and sticky focus
Added independent RL-007 through RL-009 fixtures for responsive iframes, locally scrollable semantic tables, and sticky headers that obscure focused anchor targets. Evidence manifests now use backward-compatible schema v3 and distinguish page overflow from target overlap.
The final nine-case run produced 270 screenshots and passed 150 of 150 automated assertions across Chromium 149.0.7827.201, Firefox 153.0, and WebKit 26.5. After source and screenshot review, RL-007 through RL-009 moved to verified; all case pages remain noindex until the complete launch review.
2026-08-04 - Three-browser evidence matrix
Installed the project-matched Firefox 153.0 and WebKit 26.5 runtimes, upgraded evidence manifests to schema v2, and aggregated Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit results under one traceable run ID per case.
The final RL-001 through RL-006 run produced 180 screenshots and passed 96 of 96 automated assertions, including keyboard-focusable local-scroll checks for RL-002, RL-003, and RL-005. After source and screenshot review, all six evidence records moved to verified; the pages remain noindex until the complete launch review.
2026-08-04 - Overflow and media evidence batch
Added independent RL-004 through RL-006 fixtures for unbroken text, locally scrollable code, and fixed-size images. Added a project-generated 640 by 360 PNG, primary-element scroll measurements, intrinsic image dimensions, and case-specific regression assertions.
Regenerated Chromium evidence for RL-001 through RL-006 in one run. All six cases remain evidence-pending because Firefox, WebKit, and manual cross-browser review are still incomplete.
2026-08-04 - Phase 3 foundation
Added typed case, author, and environment collections; dynamic case and non-empty category routes; independent RL-001 through RL-003 fixtures; Chromium evidence generation; responsive regression tests; raw manifests; and trust-policy drafts.
